CNC Mill
This newly acquired CNC mill can etch PCBs and other materials in a matter of minutes. Built in height mapping and probing make high detail easy to achieve.
3D Printer
This tool makes any project possible. With proper tuning and care, this machine can produce high quality plastic parts for any application.
Holographic Printing
By printing onto a diffraction grating film, the bottom of any part can be given a holographic sheen. As the first layer solidifies, it is imprinted with the physical holographic texture from the film, and the result is a rainbow shine.
Rapid Product Prototyping
Through the use of CNC machining and 3D printing, an entire product concept can be manufactured at home. This edge-lit beer coaster concept was made from raw materials in my room. First the logo was designed on Illustrator, then it was engraved onto cast acrylic. After that, custom LED PCBs were machined and used to illuminate the engraved design. Finally, a plastic housing was designed and 3D printed in order to hold all of the components in their optimal positions.
